Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) is seeking second extension in the period of holding of annual general meeting (AGM) and laying of accounts therein Under Section 170 of the Companies Ordinance 1984. According to information sent to Karachi Stock Exchange, the finalisation of SNGL annual accounts for year ending June 30, 2012 is pending due to the final determination of tariff by Ogra for the year 2011-12.
